Built in the USA with OSHA compliant, high-efficiency components- this Ingersoll Rand 7.5-HP 80-Gallon unit is a lot of bang for the buck.

This compressor is high quality with it's oversized belt wheel and bearings along with its high-efficiency intercooler. We also like that the inlet air filters have sound baffles to keep the noise down.

Ingersoll Rand has earned its excellent reputation over the decades. It has a 1-year Factory Warranty, and each unit is completely tested before it leaves the factory.

We purchased this air compressor to replace a 25 year old compressor. It is identical to the one we had, so it was a matter of hooking the wires up the wires and supply line. The gentleman I spoke to when I placed the order was very helpful and knowledgeable of the product. I compared the price to three other companies, and Power Equipment Direct was the lowest price. I would recommend this air compressor to anyone who wants to purchase one.

I bought the same compressor some years ago for my personal garage and it was made in the USA and had a Baldor electric motor on it. I ordered this one for my shop and this one is made in India but assembled in the USA with an Emerson electric motor on it and it was literally double the price from the one I bought years ago. I’m not giving a bad review time will tell how the compressor holds up just disappointed it has been outsourced like everything else in this country.

    Awesome Air Compressor

Works great, have it plumbed into 2 60 gallon air tanks so it takes forever to use enough volume to kick on the compressor which is fairly loud but can still talk with it running in the shop. Do recommend a professional electrician to check wiring before throwing power to it.

Bought this for my husband and he loved it!! He said that the 175psi really makes a big difference in his air tools. It is not as loud as our old PUMA compressor so that’s a plus.

The Ingersoll Rand 2475 builds air fast and keeps up with any job my shop tackles. It isn’t very quiet so i would recommend not having it in your shop area if possible. Make sure you buy the startup kit with the compressor otherwise you’ll be waiting two weeks for oil like I did (my fault).

Easy hookup and runs great-a little louder than I thought it would be but not unbearable had a horizontal one in my other shop that was about as loud as this one and that one was an Ingersoll as well which is why we chose this unit as it is very dependable.
