How Do I Place a Local Pickup Order?
Answer:Eligible items will have the Local Pickup option available both on the product page and in the cart. Select this option for all items you wish to pick up. Please note that Local Pickup can only be scheduled online at this time.
When Can Items Be Picked Up?
Answer:Items are usually ready for pickup the same day the online order is placed, but this will depend on order volume and time of day. When your order is ready, you will receive an email including specific pickup instructions. Orders that have not been picked up within two business days may be cancelled. You should opt to have your items shipped if you are not able to pick them up promptly.
Who Can Pick Up My Order?

Why Can't I Select Shipping for Some Items?

Product QuestionsAnswered by Jared, the Generator Expert
Does the GenPad logo have to face the front?
Mark
from Massachusetts
November 09, 2020
Answer
Yes, the GenPad logo must be lined up with the front on the generator because the mounting pattern is triangular with two bolts in front and one in back. Here is the spec sheet for reference.

How can I secure my generator from being stolen?
June
from New Jersey
October 24, 2020
Answer
The process of uninstalling a generator is usually deterrent enough. This, along with the weight of the unit, would make it a very difficult target for theft considering most of these generators weigh in the neighborhood of 300-500 pounds, not counting the pad.
