Well made, quiet compared to my old one. Nice paint. Pumps up quickly between cycles. I like the vertical configuration. All moisture sits in a small area at the bottom where it can be released easily. Also takes up small footprint in the garage.

This was delivered to my home with the lift gate service and that went without a hitch. We started it up and it's quiet (80 dba). The only slight negative thing that has occurred is that the copper feed pipe from the compressor to the tank was not tightened at the factory. We made a service call and the tech came out on a Sunday! (We offered to wait till Monday, I am not a nudge!) The finish and footprint are very nice. I would recommend it to any homeowner who is a car guy who needs air tool capacity. This little beast does almost 12.8 cfm at 100 psi. It's a keeper : )

The delivery man ask me what hell I need a compressor like this for - lol. I just use it to rotate tires on a nail gun for my chicken houses great compressor for me plenty of air for me to use I love it it don’t struggle to keep up oh an it said it was 75 extras for a lift gate I didn’t buy it figured 2 of us could unload it but he had a lift gate an he help me pull it to my shed everything went great.

Finally found the best deal for my use! I've been looking for a general use compressor that meets my needs without costing a bundle. This is it! My main use is for woodturning. Besides a lot of blowgun use (which just about any compressor can handle), I use a pneumatic random orbital sander with most projects and am getting into using a blast cabinet for blasting wood with crushed glass media for texturing surfaces, carving, and adding patterns and/or shapes. I was getting by with a 2hp Quincy portable, but it was limited because of the near constant cycling. This compressor easily keeps up without feeling like I'm working it harder than it was designed for. It also handles automotive type air tools with ease.
An added bonus is the relatively low noise level. Sure, you know it when it's running, but it's not at all obnoxious. Not like the oil free Craftsman I used to have that would drive me out of the garage if I wasn't wearing hearing protection.

Purchased this to run a blast cabinet which it does with no problem. My problem is I have been unable to register product to get my extended warranty. I have made repeated phone calls to Quincy, I was promised two return phone calls which didn't happen. Customer service just returns you to wait for someone else, when I refused to be put on hold again they told me they were having problems with there website and to try again in a couple of weeks. I still cannot get the website to take my serial number and register my warranty. There customer service is awful, they did not offer to simply register register my warranty and solve problem. I sure hope the compressor never breaks down, I can only imagine what a warranty claim would be like. One of my reasons for purchasing this unit was because of the extended warranty. After dealing with Quincy to this point I wouldn't purchase again.

I haven't used it much. (YET), but it's soooooo much quieter than my previous compressor. Secondly Tonia in the warehouse was a big help with getting it loaded in the truck & strapped down because I don't have full use of my left hand due to a surgery. Give that girl a raise!

in the reviews there are recurring issues with the plastic tubes blowing off. Does Quincy have a fix for this? Was considering this compressor, but this seems to be a significant problem.

Steve- I need a new compressor for my home garage. I will be running a small glass bead cabinet, air shears, impact wrench, air drill, plasma cutter, air grinder, sander, etc.. Only running one tool at a time. I really don't want to spend $1500 on a 5HP dual stage. Will this Quincy 60 Gal, 3.5HP work for me?
