Very Good - Though Some Minor Flaws Given High Price

The good: quality Honda engine. Packs a punch. 10” blade driven by dual belts really cuts a nice sharp edge. It's commercial-grade quality. The job is done quickly. I have a corner lot so have a lot of edging and it flies by.
The so so: the handlebars ride very low, and I am slightly hunched over the whole time. I am average height (5-10).
The bad: the throttle control vibrates so much while in use, that it slides during use, and I have to keep pushing it back up for power. This is a very surprising design flaw. It should not happen for a $1200 edger.
Also, there is no protective flap. Well, there is a small one, but it just scrapes along the ground. Not sure if it’s purpose.
All the debris shoots right at me, and it’s very powerful, so I can feel the pelting on my skin. When it’s a rock or stone it outright stings. You MUST wear protective glasses or you will get shot in the eye. I am caked in dirt when done, everywhere.
Another big design flaw given the price.

Purchased this edger to replace my dad's 46 year old MTD Lawn Flite edger from 1973 which was completely worn out. Looking at this edger after it arrived, I could tell it is built to the hilt and looks as if it will last a couple of lifetimes. Took me about an hour to assemble it. It started on the first pull and runs perfectly. I hope the company that makes this edger never stops making it. Only complaint I have is that the plastic throttle plate on the handle tends to rock out of its position as you increase/decrease the speed of the motor since it is only held in by one bolt... should be held into the handle by two bolts...one at each end. For those of you that read this review and are contemplating whether or not to spend the money on this edger... my advice is do it and you won't be disappointed... you'll have a quality tool for the rest of your life that can be easily repaired and has readily available parts (if need be).

I have used several edgers but this little wonder is awesome. It cuts are deep that it takes a while for grass to grow back. Love it and will tell all my friends and family.

Use the Little Wonder Pro to edge thick St. Augustine grass and couldn't ask for a better preforming machine! The Honda engine purrs like a kitten. Like someone else commented, just make sure you wear safety glasses!
