It does depend on how much air you're pushing through the dryer, but the rated pressure drop is about .44 PSI.

It says this unit comes with an auto drain. If I don't have a drain nearby, can it be drained manually?
Dan E.

Answer
The auto drain valve just provides a timer for it so you do not have to drain it manually. If you auto drain or manually drain the dryer, the condensation still has to have a designated place to drain to. If you do not have a designated drain, a bucket is commonly used to collect condensation.

Is the Ingersoll Rand Refrigerated Air Dryer 5HP (11 CFM) a cycling or non-cycling type? When will there be owners and operator manuals to download from your site? What is the warranty for this unit? I live in a rual area so what about service? Parts availability? Is the computer board a modular unit that must be replaced as a single piece or is the computer board made up of smaller plug in modules? Thanks

Answer
I've attached both the Refrigerated Dryer brochure and the D-series manual to our D18IN page as PDF downloads. You will find them under the Specs tab, to the right side of the page.
The D-IN and D-IT hi-temp dryers are non-cycling. Ingersoll's cycling dryers are D-EC and NVC.
The Ingersoll Rand Factory Warranty covers defects in materials & workmanship for 1 year.
You can click this Service Center Locator Link or use the one at the bottom of our web site. It will take you to Ingersoll Rand where you can enter your zip code to see service providers in your area.
You would need to check with Ingersoll Rand directly about parts availability and what makes up the control modules of their units. Their toll-free tech support line is 800-483-4981.
