As a woman, I was looking for chainsaw that was size appropriate and I have fallen in love with this little tank. It's the little engine that could, y'all.

Most Highly Tuned Motor I’ve Ever Got Out Of A Box

OMG!!! We were just hit hard by hurricane Ida & the clean-up was extremely difficult. I already own a large Husqvarna & needed a small climbing saw. I’m not a professional arborist, but this saw completely impressed me.

Great Little Saw

This showed on the website to be out of stock for some time. As soon as it showed in stock, I placed the order, and it was shipped out and arrived sooner than I expected.
It is a great little saw. I specifically ordered it for tree pruning since I could get it with the same bar and chain as my Husqvarna pole saw and have only one size chain to stock. It is light and can be used one-handed and easy to use. Others have said it starts on the first pull, but at our high altitude of 6200 ft. it usually takes about 4 pulls. Runs well and lots of power.

A Little Pricey But Worth It

Husqvarna T435 12"

I am a climber and ex-owner of an Arboricultural Co. in the UK. And a big Husqvarna fan of over 30 years. My Stihl 020s were pretty much the only top handle saw back in those days. I suffered its poor starting, ridiculous weight and bad acceleration for a long time.
This little saw replaces the 020s. It's lightweight, powerful and quiet. Fantastic value for under $400 and a top-handle.
I see it's made in China though. My only criticism is I couldn't get it to start on non_E gas out of the box. The carb L & H adjustment screws are not standard '1 1/4' turns on the jets. The jet screws were wide open counter-clockwise and have 120 degrees of adjustment.
It started the first time when I set the jets to the center range. One small H and idle tweak after that, and perfecto!
