I purchased a bagger for a Husqvarna rz4623 and as it did get delivered on time it was missing ALL the mounting hardware. I contacted customer service with this problem and they sent me all the necessary hardware but it was almost 2 weeks later. Not cool!

This bagger works really well. I wish I'd purchased it before now. It's extremely easy to install and remove when not in use.

This bag system has a lot of improvement needed, the top of the bagger has no real latch system so it's prone to popping up even over little bumps and starts spraying yard debris all over, it also doesn't seal correctly so even when it is operating correctly, it still shoots out grass from the corners. Does it work? Yes. I feel it's overpriced though, considering my John Deere bag system is 200 dollars cheaper and works twice as well.

Assembly instructions are very confusing and appeared to be written for another model, as there were steps that didn't apply to the parts included. The weight of the unit, especially when it gets to half full causes the mower to become very back heavy. Any slight incline during even slight acceleration causes the front wheels to lift off the ground. A scary sensation until you get used to it. It does collect well even with damp grass without clogging. Overall I am satisfied with it even with the unexpected issues.

Ordered a bagger kit for my new Z mower

Item is as described and in great shape.
Here's what wasn't good: When the delivery service arrived to deliver the kit, my secretary was there to accept the package. She signed for it but was then told she would have to go"out to the road and get it" because it is against company policy to bring the package in the building!!
Fortunately, there were some customers there that agreed to go out and heft this thing in. I couldn't believe this.
I recommend that you either be prepared for this or use an other than normal shipping protocol for larger items.

I purchased the 46" Zero Turn mower, arm rest, head lights and dual bag bagger for the unit and everything was fair to good prices and was shipped very quickly, I could not beat the price through a local dealer and the order process was great.
