Broken Out Of The Box
By Jonathan B.

The lawnmower I bought was delivered timely without issue. The problem began as soon as I took it out of the box. I followed the instructions to set up and run the mower. When I pulled the cord to start the mower, the mower fired up but the pull cord didn’t retract back into the ‘starter/recoil’. I was left with a mower that could no longer start because the cord wouldn’t retract. I contacted PED who referred me Husqvarna and they referred us to Briggs and Stratton. Long story short, I had the mower fixed under warranty but due to something happening at the manufacturer, I had this unfortunate experience to begin this. Since then, it’s been working well enough.

Not A Good Buy

Bought June 2017, broken August 2018. It does not start at all. I will never buy non-prime machines here onward. My old Yard Machine worked like crazy for 17 years which I had no difficulty starting, needed to prime rarely. I had to discard it because the non-mechanical parts like bags, etc. were breaking down.

Manufacturer Response
Thank you for purchasing the LC121P, but apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing. As stated before, there is a 3-year consumer warranty on this mower. You can take this to an authorized Husqvarna Dealer and they will be able to tell you what is wrong with it. Most, if not all, mowers in the industry are now non-priming engines and we do not experience issues with it. It sounds like there is something else that is preventing the gas to get to the engine and an authorized Husqvarna Dealer will be able to asses this issue. Again, thank you for your purchase and once this issue is resolved I am sure you will enjoy your new mower.

Average Mower

Not terribly pleased with this mower so far. I have used it 7 or 8 times since I bought it. It usually takes 2 - 3 pulls to start it. My last mower, which was 6 years old started on the first pull almost every time. While mowing, it feels like it is going to stall sometimes. It did stall on me 3 times the last time I cut the grass. This was just after taking it out and starting it with almost a full tank of gas. Once it is running it does cut well.

Like all push mowers on hills that need to be cut. You can only go laterally. You cannot pull backward up the hill as a result of the object protector doubling back on itself.

Rear wheel kept on losing its position and blade tore up my lawn. Had to buy vice grips to fix the problem on “brand new” machine. Poor quality straight out of the box. Stay away and spend your money somewhere else. Disappointed buyer.
