Product QuestionsAnswered by Jim, the Pressure Washer Expert
Bill, I am looking for a warm water pressure washer, I am looking at this one and the MI-T-M that does up to 180f in coming water. I own a hood cleaning company, In the warm weather I have a large hot water/steam machine that works great. Problem is: I live in Maine -20 and it alot of work to keep a big unit fom freezing up. Most of the restarunts have dish washers that I can hook into. I just heard about this warm water units.

Answer
This Cam Spray model is perfect for your application and would absolutely fit your needs. We actually sell this model to contractors that do hood cleaning all the time.
Unfortunately we do not offer any MiTm brand "warm water" electric pressure washer. However, both Cam and MiTm are leaders in the pressure washing industry and they produce very good quality and reliable pressure washers. You really couldnt go wrong by purchasing either brand and when using a "warm water" pressure washer, 1300 psi or greater is sufficient enough for your applications.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Answer
This is a great quality pressure washer and would work excellent for washing vehicles. Being able to use hot water definitely adds to the cleaning ability. However, the psi rating is a little low for cleaning concrete and/or decks. Especially with concrete, I will typically recommend nothing less than 2600 psi.
