Summary, order part / UPS damaged /part on back order / person talking to was awesome she needs a raise. Was called and told was shipped.
Got part open and tube dented. Should think about better packing or stronger box or different shipper. Wasn't sending back, wanted part and didn't want to deal will bs in trying to get help or something for my compassion and understanding...
