Best of all, your Rush Order Processing order is shipped the same day it is ordered, significantly speeding up delivery times.
Your generator will ship the same business day if ordered before 4 p.m. EST M-F. Weekend and evening orders will be shipped the next business day. Please note if paying via check, your order will not ship the same business day and is subject to standard check processing delay. If you need your order sooner, please choose a different payment method.
3. Real-Time Tracking
You will receive a tracking number the moment your electric generator ships. We will also provide you with the freight carrier's phone number, so you can contact them directly if necessary.
4. Pick-Up at Local Terminal
If your power is restored before your generator arrives, congratulations. Your electric generator will be delivered in a few days, and you'll be prepared for the next power outage.
If not, you are welcome to pick it up at the freight carrier's local terminal, reducing your delivery time by at least a day or two. Just call the freight carrier in advance, and tell them that you will pick it up at their terminal instead.
