This generator is very quiet, stays on proper voltage and frequency even when put under substantial load. It is very well built and great value for the money. The generator was damaged on shipment and I am still trying to get that worked out.

This generator works well so far. I have 4 hours on it so it still needs to finish a break in. It is fairly quiet although not as quiet as the Honda eu3000is. But for the price difference it is worth it in my opinion. This generator is also a little lighter than the Honda. I have only run it on propane so far but it starts right up and appears to be fairly efficient on propane. I would have liked the hour meter to show tenths instead of just whole hours. Overall it seems to be a good product. I think the remote start is a little overkill but who knows, maybe I will find a time and place where I can use it. I would recommend this unit as well as Electric Generators Direct based on my experience so far.

This is a great buy it's a bit heavy at 110# or so but isn't difficult to move around with the wheels and extendable handle. It moves okay over rough ground and great on hard ground/pavement. Not as quite as a Honda but also 1/2 the price and isn't to loud to be around. It doesn't override conversation even standing next to it. It has all the power I need to run all the appliances in my camp trailer all at once if I want to.

I wanted a generator that would run my RV ac along with the other small appliances I needed while cooking or watching TV while camping. I love the dual fuel feature although I've only used it with LP. It's a bit heavy for me, a 65 yr old fat guy, but I can still lift it into my pickup so that's ok. I love the remote start. During a rain storm my wife wanted to use her curling iron, just a push of the remote and she was curling her hair. No need to go outside to start it. The battery cover is a bit wimpy, it constantly falls off. I'll need to rig something to hold it on before I lose it. So far I'd say this generator is great. One of my friends saw it and was amazed that I had exactly what he had been searching for. He is ordering one today. I love it.

Have owned and run regularly several high end Japanese generators for decades and was hesitant to buy Chinese but the two I have been using have been great with no problems and a lot less expensive.

Great product set up fast, and runs with less noise than a lawnmower. I could actually feel my inner self feeling more at ease, knowing I'm finally ready for the big power outage. It has all the latest and greatest new stuff. Pure Sine wave, inverter, push button start. Remote start&stop. Just an awesome machine.

I use this generator with propane in an off-grid site and it is excellent. Starts right away, runs quietly, but has enough power to start the air-conditioner in my camp trailer. I an happy with it and so I bought two, one for backup. I had a different brand of inverter generator that worked but did not start well. The Westinghouse is what an inverter generator should be!
