I purchased this machine, replacing an Ariens snowblower when the engine seized-up after the oil drain plug fell out, unnoticed. I purchased this machine best on the positive reviews.
It looks well built and powerful machine, with all of the features that I like. I rated this product's performance as good simply because I have not used it yet, no snow, but am looking forward to its first use to see how it actually performs.

What a great machine, makes easy work of heavy wet snow. Also works amazing on a gravel driveway with no issues. I love the heated handgrips and shoot controls are easy to use. I would highly recommend this snowblower. It's a bit on the heavy side 275lb., but the maneuverability of this machine is Excellent with the quick turn feature. I would highly recommend. The quality of this machine is on par with my old Honda snow blower I have replaced for this.

Unfortunately, my unit was shipped missing one of the two drive chains for the wheels. This is an internal part and should never have been shipped this way. In addition, the other chain was missing the master link clip. Really have to question quality control at either Toro and/or Snow Blowers Direct.
