Runs about 15 minutes, then stops. No good. How do I get my money back?

I apologize for your disappointment in the performance of the unit. There could be a few reasons as to why the unit is only running a maximum of 15 minutes. I would highly recommend reaching out to Troy-Bilt's technical support at (800) 828-5500, as this may be as simple as an adjustment that needs to be made.
Unfortunately once a unit has been gassed and oiled we cannot return the unit and it will need to be seen by a service center. Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience and I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us.
