The Slime Cordless Rechargable Inflator (12V & 120V) an interesting combination of useful features.

It can top off a car tire in 6 minutes, inflate bicycle tires and sports balls; the 12V feature will power up your cell or tablet in case of an emergency.

Finally, you can air up your tires, pump up that air mattress and charge your phone, all with one device!

Try A Different Brand
I bought a Slime Rechargeable from this site, similar to the one pictured here ( they are no longer selling the one I got about 2 years ago). It will no longer recharge.

I always kept it plugged in. They say you can leave it plugged in. Had it about 2 years and maybe used it a dozen times at the most. Not sure if this newer looking version is any better but buyer beware.
Pros: Easy To Use, Light Weight, Easy To Store
Cons: Low Quality, Durability

I am sorry your inflator has stopped working. I checked the Owner's Manual for this current model, and it doesn't say "It's OK to leave it plugged in". It has been updated to say:

Your unit has been initially charged. However, it is always good to top it off prior to use for full performance.
1. It takes 16 hours to fully charge the battery using a wall outlet (AC outlet).
2. It takes 6 hours to fully charge the battery using a car power outlet (DC outlet).
3. The unit should be charged every 4 months to keep the battery at peak performance."

You can download a PDF copy of the Owner's Manual by clicking on the Specs tab and looking to the right, under Download Documents. I hope this helps.

This inflator comes with a 1 year Factory Warranty from the folks at Slime that covers any defects in materials & workmanship.
