They have poor quality that will hold up just passed the warranty period Then try to gouge you on replacement parts that cost more than half of a new one. Don't ever by a Karcher. I've had two Karcher products and both developed leaks.

We have had good luck and great reviews with Karcher when the units are well maintained.
I was unable to locate your order here with PressureWashersDirect.com. However, leaking from the pump is normally due to the seals being worn or damaged. If you run the pressure washer while not depressing the spray gun, the water will heat up and damage the seals.
When taking a break, you need to shut the engine off. Also, when the unit is stored, a pump guard needs to be added to protect the seals. This is especially important when storing it during the winter time. If water freezes, it expands and will damage the seals right away.
