An Upgrade From What I Had
By Carol S.

Review Posted 05/02/2022
Have been using a Black & Decker cordless pole saw for the past couple of years. And although the B&D is lightweight it is a struggle to operate.rnThe Oregon unit has way more power - doesn't bind - cuts thicker and harder branches - goes way longer on a charge doesn't "bounce" if it encounters a hard spot & holds its extension when pushed.rnThe Oregon does more work in less time...Unlike the State of Oregon -Ha!

Battery lasts longer than I can, and the saw has plenty of power. Glad I spent the extra money. It's a heavy piece of equipment, though. Not a tool for simple yard work.

Good Solution To Modest Pruning

Works well. Simple and efficient. I think I need to sharpen the chain, but it is good as is. I found I could cut a number of 3-4” branches with no trouble. The blade seemed to bind pretty easily at times but I’m suspecting operator error.

Great, Well Made, Robust Pole Saw
By Salah K

This saw delivers. it is strong, and is very well built. it is a bit heavy, but i supposed to reach as high as it does, most saw in this category will be heavy.
The battery life is great. i was able to aggressively trim 3 large bradford pears before i had to charge it to finish the 4th one.

I have been using this saw since it arrived. I no longer have to stand on ladders to trim my trees and shrubs. It works as advertised. Only downside is finding room in trash bins for the limbs and branches I have cut off!

Good Product But Had To Fix It First

This product had to be fixed first, the chain adjuster would work when it first arrived I was going to wait for a replacement before I used it but a bad storm occurred and I had to make my own fix or I could not have gotten out of my residence, so now it works like it is supposed to.
