Makita Electric Saws Are Powerful In The Cut

Runs as advertised. Better than expected. Does not run out of power when in the cut. Keep it sharp and it is fast cutting. 8” diameter is easy cutting with this saw. Bigger diameter takes more time. I did cut a 24” dia white birch with no problem with 18” bar n chain. Quiet saw so if you have Karen’s around they will not know what you’re doing. Would bye again.

It Is A Great Chainsaw, Not A Great Electric Chainsaw

It's a little heavy to one hand, but that's due to the copper in the motor. Cut a tree down and reduced all the branches with ease. Did not have to worry about idling, fouling the plug, running out of fuel. Pick it up and squeeze the trigger. Some of the big boxes sell inexpensive electrics, and I have had one. This is a whole different tool.

Much better than I expected. Unlike other electric saws, this is like using a small Stihl, but without the noise & vibration.
