I Think I Finally Got It Right
For the past two or three years, I've been trying to get the right pump for a recirculating water fall fed by a small basin. Tried two Cal Pump T10000s three times, to replace two old Franklin motors with pumps and they all failed due to clogging of intake screens by leaves. A single LE51M-2 and a little plumbing work has replaced the two pump configuration.

It's October now and the leaves are starting to fall, but this year, they'll be chewed up and spit out, instead of clogging debris... more

Waterfall Pump
I went through 2 waterfall pumps last 2 years. This sewage pump chews up the small leaves & sticks that fall into pool. Works great!
