This mower starts at the first pull and is powerful with the all-wheel drive. I need to replace the plastic deflectors that are just inside the front wheels, they probably protect the drive belts. Any suggestions? This model is apparently discontinued. Hope to be able to get the parts

Started on the day I bought it. Never started again. Spent weeks troubleshooting, could never get this to start. Used TruFuel, starter fluid, new plug, cleaned the carb. Cost me weeks of time on brand new mower. I will never buy Husqvarna again. Husky customer service may be the worst in the game. I was told to find a local Briggs repairs center, pay the diagnostic fee and live it it. This was a 3 week old mower.
As stated before, no priming bulb, no choke, nada and it simple will not start. Avoid this mower. Will never buy another Husqvarna product.

Will Not Start

My wife bought this for me on Fathers Day of this year (2015). It worked fine for the first two mowing operations, then on the third, it died and would not restart. Too bad, last husky lasted me 20 years. but I could not recommend this one.

Great mower

Easy to start and the AWD is great. Not a big fan of the way it uses a rear deflector to direct the discharge from the rear to a side angle. That took some getting use to, but it seems to work, just make sure you wear sufficient leg protection.

Great for large open areas

I picked this mower up on an end of summer sale for around $375 CAD and used it a couple times.
Starts up first pull every time without fail, runs smoothly and is pretty quiet for its size. I find it a bit under powered as it sounds like it's bogging a little bit while mulching and driving the unit at around half speed, but I haven't stalled it yet.
My yard is not very big but it is hilly and has quite a few obstacles to mow around. The AWD is great with the hills but a bit of a pain when you need it to be maneuverable. And the weight doesn't help there either!
** Note to others - I also experienced the situation where the front/all wheels will lock up when trying to pull the unit back. I've figured out that if you roll the unit forward while not using the drive, it will unlock the wheels and it'll roll relatively easily.

Clogging is caused by grass being too damp in conjunction with being tall or thick. For best results allow your lawn to dry thoroughly before cutting.

I purchased the Hus HU 625 AWD (22") 150cc last week and have used it twice. So far, so good. I have owned in the past a snapper, Honda, & a Toro Personal Pace self propelled mowers, the Husky is by far the easiest to start and it is extremely quiet. I recommend this mower.

Husqvarna self-propelled walk behind mower

Husqvarna push mower has no priming bulb, no choke, no nothing, and it will not start. Husqvarna needs to learn how to design their mowers so they will start. Would never buy another Husqvarna product.
