How Do I Place a Local Pickup Order?
Answer:Eligible items will have the Local Pickup option available both on the product page and in the cart. Select this option for all items you wish to pick up. Please note that Local Pickup can only be scheduled online at this time.
When Can Items Be Picked Up?

Given that this is stainless steel, would it hold up in a pit where my water softener dumps into or would it corrode and fail?

Answer
The salt will effect the seals more than the housing of this pump. Your best option for dealing with the discharge of water softener would be to direct that water to a SINK/DRAIN PUMP SYSTEM.
