Worthless Piece Of Junk!

We have owned this piece of junk three years - it worked only the first. We paid extra money for the protection agreement. It too is worthless. This product should be an image of why Sears is bankrupt. The worthless company selling worthless junk they don't stand behind.

I live at the tail end of a culdesac -- we collect the snow from the whole neighborhood. First winter... and unlike every other neighbor, we've had months of continuous snow. I quickly realized I'd need a good snow thrower if I was going to survive.

I found a well-maintained used version of this thrower (88691). It's been a champ! Easy to start, handles anything I throw at it. No issues AT ALL.

I assume the other review managed to get a couple of bad samples.

Pros:
Durable, Features, Reliable, Easy To Store
Two New and both Blew

I bought this piece of crap last year. It wouldn't run. Brought it back and they gave me a replacement. Of course it didn't snow again for a full year. When I tried to run the new one, I found out that it didn't run either. Had fresh gas, oil and zero hours but it was doing the same thing as the first one, stalling out and then not starting. I tried every combination of choke and throttle. Nope. Still a piece if crap.

The manager of the sears in Warwick, RI was kind enough to tell me I was screwed. It was a year after I "purchased" it. So I was out of luck. Do not buy this.
