Good Price
By Fred P.

Review Posted 07/22/2018
Ran generator on a weekend RV camping excursion when was at a bare base outing. Generator ran a/c fine. Would not run m/w or water heater (electric) same time as a/c. Little noisy put good distance away. Ran two days for all weekend. Surprisingly easy on fuel. Tried two 1500w heaters resistive load total 3kw. Generator slowed down every time (3) and quit 2 times. Generator is rated for 3.5kw but would not hold steady on 3kw. Expect 2.8kw and program accordingly and you will have no problems.

Great Generator

This generator is RV trailer ready, (a $40 savings) with a 30 amp plug. It started right up (big surprise and is not as load as I was expecting. As I am using it when not in campgrounds noise is important. I saw Champion generators at a camping show/rally. I think they are looking to break into that market. This unit will do it.

Expert Response
Please remember that these generators are not designed to be run in an enclosed area. This will cause the generator to overheat and will void the warranty.

Great Generator

Purchased this generator on sale a few days before Hurricane Irma. I live is southern Florida and Electric Generators Direct was able to have it here before the storm using expedited shipping. We went 4 days without power and this generator ran the entire time. I started it as soon as it arrived and it started with one pull and continued to start with either 1 or 2 pulls from then on. We were able to power a 12,000 BTU portable air conditioner, a double door Samsung refrigerator/freezer, a box fan, some lamps, a TV, and recharge electronic devices without a hiccup. Gasoline consumption was economical with a 4 gallon tank lasting about 8 to 9 hours since it was running at more than 50% capacity. Have used it since to power the RV BTU air conditioner plus the 8 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer from the 30 amp socket. It has turned out to be an excellent and reliable bargain. Just ordered a wheel kit which is available for it.

I would recommend this generator to everyone! Your company made sure this reached me one day before Hurricane Irma. The instructions were easy to follow, filling with gas was simple as was checking the oil. Starting the generator was easy. I consider this generator high quality, a good price and fairly quiet. Thank you!

Great For 30A RV

Purchased due to low cost and built-in RV plug. Was able to run everything in the trailer at once except the electric water heater. (Not an issue, just used propane mode)
Since my purchase I've seen no less than 4 other people with the same model. Everyone I spoke with is happy with their purchase. There Is a wheel kit available.

I ordered the generator online on a Tuesday, I received it Thursday afternoon, put gas and oil in it as instructions, and it started up on the first pull and ran perfectly. Our power went off next day during a wind storm and it ran everything just fine for 6 hours on 2 gallons gas.. Love It!!

Storm

Review Posted 08/30/2016
Bought it in October 2011, runs great won't run my air compressor 1.5hp. 17gal. But that's okay, use it when lights go out. It works good for that we have a storm coming here in south Georgia, northeast Florida, so I will need it shortly.
