Not One Of The Better Blowers
Problem is they lean the hell out of them at the factory to pass the EPA emissions crap and that does them in, so what I do is richen the mixture and richen the carburetor, instead of 40:1 go to 32:1 and richen the high end on the carb.

Until it barely quits blubbering at wide open throttle and then be sure the exhaust screen is not plugged, I would say remove it, but I wont say that because it is in there for a reason, mainly not to allow sparks from the exhaust to set something on fire... more

Don't Buy!
Same problem as other reviews. Used for two years and hole in piston made it not worth repairing.

Cheap Blower And Won't Last
I always took care of my leaf blower, higher octane gas, good quality two stroke oil, new spark plug, new air filter. Had the blower for two and a half years, was using it on a cool day, shut it off and could never get it started- ever. Did a compression test on the cylinder, had no compression. Read up on the blower and found this is common with this blower. They get you to buy it, use it for a while, then go get another one. I figure I got $85.00 a year out of it for how much I paid. Do your... more
Pros: Price
Cons: After 3 Years It Just Stopped Working No Compression

Piece Of Junk
All I have to say is check the reviews on this product. Poulan suckered my dad and I. This blower only lasted both of us an average of 5 months before the piston scored and lost compression. The service center tried to tell us it was a fuel mixture problem. However my dad and I both used there recommended fuel additive and they still tried to blame this on us. Check the reviews and you will find another 5000 people who describe the same problem. Um, I wonder if it could be a product part issue.... more
Pros: Easy To Use, Price
Cons: Low Quality, Durability, Poor Warranty
