Problem
New part still did not fix issue but they did send me a new pressure hose since the old one was damaged.

I checked our records, and I don't see where you purchased the extension wand from us, although we've sent you 2 connectors and a replacement hose at no charge.

All 3/8" connectors are supposed to work with each other, but some plugs are formed a little long, and some couplers can be a little shallow. Sending you different connectors is the best we can do to help you with your problem from here.

Rather than forcing the connectors so something is damaged, you may want to try sanding the end of the male connector so it seats better in the coupler.

You may also want to contact the manufacturer of the wand, since they would be responsible for the connector they used. You can find a list of manufacturer contact numbers here.

"Bought the 24ft wand an was told I would need no parts to make it work with my washer.which turned out to be false. Wand damaged my hose an still have not got problem fixed."
